Our ceiling and wall booms are made of stainless steel and are therefore very durable. The Z shaped boom, better known as Z-boom, manufactured and patented by Mosmatic AG, became a standard in the Self Serve Market. The Z-booms allows for a continuous 360° rotation for the high pressure wand and the foam brush.

The double boom often finds a home in the prewash sector of automatic washes where there is a need for a pre-wash. Both arms of the boom can be used at the same time if needed.

Our booms are not only for the Car Wash Industry, they are also used in different industries as a “pressure transporter” for hot water, cold water, air pressure (high or low pressure) and many other mediums.

Since most car wash sites offer vacuum and drying, Mosmatic came up with a simple but ingenious innovation that revolutionized vehicle cleaning called “The Air Boom”. With the air boom system, cleaning, vacuuming and drying now means that no more dirty hoses are dragged or left lying on the ground. The air-boom can be used for drying just about any type of vehicle. Motorcycles, bicycles, trucks and off road vehicles, just to name a few. Drying off your vehicle by hand is a thing of the past.

High Pressure Cleaning or anything that has to do with High Pressure Cleaning Technology is an area where Mosmatic designers face new challenges every day with a variety of customer requirements.

We offer Surface, Wall, and Roof Cleaners in different sizes and varieties. These Cleaners are made of high quality stainless steel making them completely rust free.

Of course Mosmatic also offers various cleaning equipment for cleaning pipes, ducts, trash-chutes, vents, restaurant hoods, tanks and more. Our cleaners are available in different sizes and versions.

The heart of the high-pressure cleaning sector are the rotary unions / swivels. With different sealing systems (O-ring, ceramic, tungsten carbide) and a variety of bearing systems Mosmatic produces swivels which are well-known and worldwide in use.

Whether for high- or low-pressure, high or low temperatures, water, oil, air flow or other mediums,  90 ° or inline swivel, threaded or bulkhead inlet, high or low rpm , Mosmatic  has it. If we don’t offer it as a standard swivel, we provide customers with custom made solutions.
